How does Mentoring work on the Trinity course?
Our mentors know that healthy conversations and close presence are vital for effective leadership growth to occur. As a result, the Trinity Leadership Foundation intensives are designed to maximise one-on-one encounters with each of our mentors and our participants.
Not only will our mentors share their experiences and lessons in the structured teaching slots, but they also can be found asking deep questions over a meal, joining participants for a conversation-filled walk, or engaging with a participant in prayer and encouragement.
Our core team of mentors has a strong history of both business and church leadership, and enjoy engaging in both group and one-on-one leadership conversations.
