OUR STORY
Trinity Leadership Foundation was founded in New Zealand by a community of business and church leaders, who were united in their belief that Christianity offers a leadership framework that is unique, transformative and effective beyond the walls of the church.
After decades of experience in high-level international business leadership and pastoring large urban churches, this group recognised a gap in the myriad leadership development options on offer.
The vast majority of Christian leadership courses have a tight focus on developing leaders for the church environment. This is an important calling, but neglects the business and community setting where most Christian leaders are exercising their leadership gifts.
Similarly, business leadership courses focus on the secular aspects of the business arena, unaware of other voices offering rich perspectives on leadership. Healthcare, governmental and educational leadership offerings operate in their own silos, with little overarching conversations between them. Does the Biblical story have anything to offer these arenas?
The aforementioned community of business and church leaders was convinced the Scriptures offers a third way of leadership which is just as relevant to the church as it is to the worlds of commerce and community.
Trinity Leadership Foundation was born from this conviction, and from a burning desire to see New Zealanders encounter God through Christian business, community and church leaders who are being spiritually empowered and transformed.
With a threefold focus on transforming the Head, Hands and Heart of the leader, Trinity Leadership Foundation is providing a unique, Biblical voice into every sector of life, and is developing Christ-centred leaders who can bring Jesus into their spheres of influence.
